“I come to this Lidl every week but I have to rave on my experience today. Being very pregnant I go to pick up a case of waters and a young manager quickly intervened and assisted me. I can’t remember his name but he also called for more assistance in which another manager, Grayson, showed up to not only bag all of my groceries, push my cart outside, but also load everything into my car.
Between my cashier and the two managers, all three of these young men made my shopping experience top tier. Thank you guys for your help!”
“Experience was 100% positive! I called the store ahead of time to schedule a visit for my Australian Shepherd since she hadn’t been groomed for ages. We were visiting from out of town & I got an appointment for the following week. When I picked Mabel up she looked adorable! Special shout out to SAV for doing such a tremendous job & being so kind!”
“Location is well stocked, employees seem very happy, has great customers with a smile which is highly unusual for in the grocery segment. Private label products are a great deal here, that being said, on brand names that are handle, it is a hit and miss. The interior of the store is clean, you will find your shopping experience pleasant.”
“I was skeptical about anything working on my 10 month old puppy but we went to a disc golf park over the weekend and the pulling while walking was literally night and day compared to the cheap harness I bought off Amazon. She did so good walking around on the Freedom No-Pull Harness and never sounded like her airway was being crushed (because she wasn’t pulling!).
I had to purchase the $12.99 biting warranty for my previous halter and the customer service was amazing. I’m very appreciative to this company and the ladies who have helped me with 1) choosing the right halter and leash and 2) helping me through the warranty. I’ll recommend this company to everyone and I’m so grateful to the friend who recommended them to me!!”
