That woman takes on so many roles in the building and stretches herself to make sure each and every parent& kids is comfortable, happy, satisfied and her communication is TOP TIER. I truly love this daycare it feels like a family already and we’ve only been attending for a month. Mrs Dee, she is an excellent teacher! And very open and honest which I like. Most of the staff that I have talked to have been very warm welcoming, and had a smile on their face, which tells me that they love what they do! very satisfied overall!!”

“We switched my daughter to TLE Stallings and have been super impressed and satisfied since day zero! Hailey (one of their directors) was kind enough to accommodate our request for a tour on short notice. Things I liked during the tour and about TLE now that we have been there for about a month:
-It was immediately obvious that they had a structured curriculum that included age-appropriate Math, Science, Language (Spanish/ASL/English), Social Development
-Cleanliness! I made a point to ask to see the bathroom that the kids use (our old daycares' classroom bathrooms had the vibe of a clean-ish gas station bathroom). At TLE, it was pristine!
-Teachers and staff are so professional and kind! it's clear that they treat their job as a proper profession, which it is.
-After only a month of being at TLE, my child has been so much easier to get up in the mornings to go to daycare, her vocabulary has exploded, she knows letters now, and she just overall seems more developed cognitively.
-Tuition was comparable to our old daycare that did not have a structured curriculum or any of the above
-We came from a state that was much more diverse that North Carolina, and TLE teaches the kids about different cultures and countries which I value immensely

“I am a picky helicopter parent. I’ll admit it! We tried four different highly rated daycares in the Ballantyne area, but never felt like our son was truly cared for. Not until we found Rachel and her staff at Ballancrest Academy.Family like cultureRachel takes care of the staff and creates a family like culture. The teachers are happy, passionate and committed. There is very low turnover. And because of that, staff truly got to know my son and treated him as an individual. So many emotions from teachers on graduation day since many of them, like Ms Margaret, Ms Zoi, Ms Kristy, etc had watched them grow from infants to kindergartners. (Ps. One chilly morning, I commented on how wonderful lunch smelled. Chicken noodle soup and oranges. Chef Robin said she wanted to make sure the kids were getting extra immune fighting ingredients, just like her mother used to do for them growing up. So sweet.EducationWith a background in education, Rachel was focused on making sure our son was prepared for kindergarten. In fact, he knew how to spell his first/last name better in preK and back tracked a bit in actual kindergarten! Rachel organized several partners to come in regularly - like music man, Spanish, or go fit kids - as well as guests - like local dentists, doctors, fire department, etc. They prioritized outdoor time, often having lessons on the playground. I love the “experiments” they created to support hands on learning - like “sink or float”.Last, it’s just fun. My son loved going to school every day. “As a grandparent of two children that attend COS, I feel so welcome when I visit and love the positive vibe that emanates from both the kids and staff! The loving care given to the babies, toddlers and kids is sincere and endless! I truly feel the employees are there for the kids - it’s not just a job for them. Also, thanks to the administration of Heather and Addison the morale is high and the curriculum has improved. I was able to volunteer for the summer Water Day and the recent Fall Festival which were both so fun for the kids and community! He has had caring teachers in every single class and he enjoys the balance of activities (group/centers/self-led/teacher led) He learns so much weekly. He goes to Pre-K with CMS now and attends after school and still looks forward to going. The best part: the staff communicates proactively and are so patient and understanding, the SproutAbout app is invaluable with video and frequent updates and pictures! We have grown to see the staff here as a staple in our lives. We are so lucky to have found a stable, safe and caring place to drop off our kids. Bonus: They have occasional Parent’s Night Out and have a great summer camp that our 7-year old loves-especially the many field trips! Would absolutely recommend this location, it is run well and our son has had such an amazing start in his education thanks to Tutor Time-Matthews!”

“We had a fantastic experience sending our twin daughters to Primrose at Austin Village. Our girls went there for about a year and half. The teachers were really caring and kind, gave us notes on how they were doing and really supported them individually to learn and grow. The school staff was also fantastic and over the time we went there we got to know quite a few of them. I was sad the day we had to move on from the school. My daughters learned a ton, made friends and we had the peace of mind they were in safe and fun environment. “From the time we toured PD when our youngest was looking into CCDS and CLS, we felt home at PD. The others felt really clicky to us. You’ll have a little bit of that at any private school, but thus far we’ve been super impressed with the development of our daughter in Kindergarten. Specifically we love both Mrs. Farmer and Mrs. Hubbard. Our child has struggled to transition a little, mainly due to a bad preschool experience. But PD has been tremendously supportive of her. They really emphasize emotional development/maturity and promote fairness and equality for everyone. Our youngest is applying for TK this cycle as well. Highly recommend this school, as a matter of fact I’m jealous we didn’t have a school like this when I was younger.”

My family moved from out of state and everyone was so welcoming and really helped my son in adjusting to a new school. They always keep us up to date on how he’s doing, any school closures, and it’s so helpful that they stay open till 6:30pm. It’s such a relief knowing your child is safe and looked after by people who genuinely care, 10/10 would recommend.
