Smoker’s Depot Mint Hill has the best service of all local tobacco shop’s I’ve been to in the charlotte area. Jane truly cares about her customers and it shows. She is also very knowledgeable of all her products. I would highly recommend to everyone.

A wonderful place! They have a little bit of everything and the owner is very nice and accommodating. If you are in the area, even if you don't smoke cigarettes, stop in!

Absolutely worst experience I have had in any store. Do not buy here. You can spend hundreds in cigars and other products and if you try and exchange something because it is not working or damaged upon opening, they will not accept. They go through staff like it is their job because they mistreat them.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now, but today was probably the day that wife decided she wasn’t ever going to come back to this store with me again. The guy working at 10:30 Saturday, March second was very rude when my wife tried to come in the cigar room with me, then at this point decided to stare at her while she waited for me. Don’t treat people like you think they are going to take stuff. I probably won’t ever come back to this store now and just go to Matthews to get my cigars.
