Renting a storage unit. Bill made the whole process easy, like it should be with all storage facilities, but it is not. They even have free drinks! Great customer service!

Great staff!! Bill was friendly, informative, and professional, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. Different from many places I've rented U-Haul's from. Truck was adequate. Check-in was seamless as well. Would use again without question, mainly due to the staff. :)
