One of the best decisions I've made since I've moving to North Carolina! Big banks have become a callous and greedy joke but this credit Union has not lost the art of customer service! Ditch the big miserly useless Banks and come where your business is valued!

Take you business elsewhere. There is a reason the reviews are so low. They are disrespectful and provide terrible service. They will turn you away and not serve you because you didn’t have a mask with you, while the tellers sit behind a massive plexiglass glass and with masks on. They will not even provide you a mask. I’m changing banks.

I went it for a personal loan nobody in the bank when I arrived and completely blew me off as soon as her appointment showed up. Said on the sign no appointment needed to see a banker. Definitely would never go back felt like I wasn’t good enough to be at that bank.

We have banked with Truliant for several years at this location (Mint Hill) and always had great service. Since the pandemic you cannot go inside nor can I ever get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. We went 2 months ago to order checks.and the lady came to the door and just told me to write my name and said she would order them and then snatched the note out of my hand. Went today to make a very large deposit and was told no they couldn't let us in but we could stick it in their outdoor box and thy will mail a receipt later. We drove to Matthews location of Truliant and although they were closed for appointments only Natalia allowed us in to make the deposit as she used her discretion instead of just turning us away. I have been turned away for the LAST time today. We already bank with Wells Fargo so we will be moving everything back to them. It is clear to me that this branch is not customer oriented. We are thankful for Natalia helping us today. She used common sense. Elaine Johnson the branch manager has always been wonderful to us over the years but we are beyond frustrated at this point.

In 25 years if using banks this location is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Was sent to this location by the online help center due to mobile deposit error. Traveled 20 miles to it only to be turned away, had to sit in parking lot and call help center to get management at bank to address issue I had been sent there for. What rude and dismissive people.

Always eager to help, I have never felt like time was wasted here. I can do a lot remotely and efficiently as well. They offer good practical advice and assisted me with building credit. I highly recommend them!

If you go here to get a loan, go see Stephanie. She knows what she's doing and gets it done right and fast. I had a very bad experience before seeing her with the manager and another loan officer. Stephanie made everything better and turned my opinion of Truliant completely around.

Friendly people. Service is usually slow. They nake everything much more complicated than other banks and credit unions do. Using remote deposit is do stupidly complicated, I'm going to end up letting this account drift into non-existence. Not worth it and totally not representative of a good credit union.

The staff at this location were very helpful in setting up my personal and estate accounts. I appreciate the level of customer service they provided. It may not have been fast (not rushed through like a number) but I would take a longer visit with great customer care over a quicker visit and lack of customer service any day. keep up the good work!
