Lemmond Farm residents paid to have all packages delivered to the lockers. On 09/06/25, the carrier left packages on the ground in front of mailboxes.

This post office is fine if you need to go inside and mail something, but the delivery service is unreliable. We often receive our neighbors’ mail, and when they can’t complete a delivery, they don’t always tell the truth. For example, one package was marked as “interference by an animal,” which isn’t accurate. I only have goats, and they are fenced far from the front door. Plus, my cameras show no one even attempted delivery at that time and day. I also had another package from USPS delivered at 11:52am the same day from the same post office. My guess is they left the package by accident. If a package can’t be delivered that day for whatever reason, that’s understandable—but marking false reasons in a federal system is not.

This garbage facility is the most unprofessional, pathetic post office I've ever encountered. Their customer service is appaling.

Literally the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered in my life. Why is it so hard to do the job you’re PAID to do?! Get people that are smart in there, please.

First time in this post office and it was totally empty. It was lunch hour and there was 1 worker upfront so I got help right away. The postal worker was very kind and informative with information on my package. I also bought 2 books of stamps (which was $29) and wow, prices are insane. It was a very easy process visiting today.
I will say that this is not the post office that delivers my mail.

I see all the bad reviews and it's so surprising. This postoffice isn't my closest but I drive out of my way because they have a friendly staff.

The postal service is the 2nd greatest service our government provides. Any politician that wants to deactivate it should be put up against the wall.

Ever since I moved to my current home in 28227, I've had so many packages that were delivered to a wrong address. Luckily, most of them were found by my neighbors who were nice enough to drop them off at my front porch. I have decided not to use USPS for anything valuable in fear of losing my items. I have filed complaints before but they always asked to close the claim when I found the package. Thie complaints were not about finding the package. They were about the mail carriers repeatedly delivering the packages to the wrong house. Looks like I'm not the only one having this problem as there are so many reviews about this.

I’ve had issues with this post office previously, with lost packages & customer service, as stated by previous reviewers, but my last experience most definitely deserved this one star rating.
I had paid to insure and ship a perishable package that was received well over three weeks late. When i went into the branch for assistance, i was told there was nothing they could do. There were some other issues which lead me to contact corporate. While discussing other circumstances, i brought up the concern of this specific package. Corporate advised me to go back in the branch with the receipt, and tell the manager I was denied assistance previously with the package.
I was in this location for over an hour at the hands of the manager. Gary did speak with me twice, for a total of five minutes, but advised I would be refunded for the shipping and contents of the package. He nodded me to the register. I filled out all necessary paperwork and was told i wouldn’t be refunded. After an hour in this branch, and being given the run around, i requested to speak with the manager Gary again. He refused and kept sending back and associate to reiterate whatever he was told. I find it highly disrespectful that gary didnt even have the courtesy to walk five feet over and speak with me. He had just told me everything was resolved and it wasnt. The associate advised hed give me a call, even though i was standing right there. I will update you guys if ever calls.
Just another FYI, I had a case for missing mail that was overseen by Gary. He said he was look into it and give me a follow up call. He never did , and just closed my USPS case at his own discretion. Ihad to reach out to corporate to get that reopened as well.

Terrible post office. I haven’t received mail in seven days. I have informed delivery so I know my mail is in town. They just won’t deliver it. I have been there multiple times and the supervisor just doesn’t know care.

Claim they delivered a pharmacy package to my empty locked mailbox which the carrier has access to.No package in locked mail box.I went to post office to file a complaint & the post office refused to let me file a complaint/research. Where did 2000 dollars worth of medications go to? Online USPS will not allow me access to file a complaint
.Supervisor kept changing his story every time I spoke with him.Never use the station again or USPS. Use UPS or FedEx.

A Mail person out of this post office keeps putting mail on my car for my daughter's house that I nanny at! I'm pretty sure they run their bag over my car as well. They haven't scratched it yet but I check my car everyday. Such passive aggressive behavior and makes me nervous!
