“I had a lot of trouble finding a vape that I really liked after they stopped making my go to, I went through like 3 different ones in a month going off of recommendations from employees at different stores. I went in to the N Tryon location and talked to Rosie, told her the issues I was having and what I had tried and she hooked me up with the best vape I’ve ever had. Haven’t had a single issue with it. More recently, she recommended me switching coils and I just tried it but am already loving it. She rocks, I love her, definitely go see her she’ll make sure you’re taken of. Employees like Rosie are why Kure is my favorite vape store in Charlotte.”

They are also helpful in matching a product to client's desired effects. I always walk away feeling educated and confident about my purchases. When I have gone elsewhere in the past I have been sorely disappointed because my expectations are based on my experiences at vapor smoke shop. Other smoke shops fall immeasurably short.”
“Great product selection and very clean. It’s large for a smoke shop and includes other items outside of that. You will find here clothes and jewelry as well. Managers or shift leaders though need to work on their social skills. I feel very rushed and bombarded if I’m in longer than 10 minutes. Mind you this is a larger store you cant see everything as soon as you enter. The cashiers on the other hand are very nice and will try to get to know you through small talk at checkout and they are the ones keeping me coming back.”
