I called a few months back letting them know that I wished for my membership to be canceled and they said they couldn't find my account so I assumed that my account was previously deleted or took out the system. No account= No membership. Makes sense right? I checked my bank statement and 50 dollars were took out my account so I called immediately. Their employee informed me that cancellations can only be done in person. So if i was out the country? suffered an injury or moved states I couldn't just simply call and cancel my membership? I've never even heard of someone not being able to call a place and cancel any type of membership. If memberships can't be canceled via phone then why wouldn't the previous employee inform me of that when I first called and voiced what type of service I was going to receive? Seems to me that they are STEALING money and don't have good policies in place

I love this gym but lately it has been becoming extremely dirty and not well kept. Hopefully this changes or I will have to end my membership because the cleanliness is what attracted me when I first started. A lie? Should I post pictures? Sweetie I wrote this on the 24th and was very professional when I wrote it. The nasty response to the truth you could have kept. I have many pictures from way before this review that I kept and I’ll gladly post them to show you how “clean” your gym is. The previous owner actually cared and was so nice. I just called and was told the owner comes in when he wants. I’ll be cancelling my membership because I’m not working out in a hostile dirty environment. By the way the toilet in the first stall has had a ring around it for weeks.

They asked us to leave honest reviews on the transformation challenge. I can’t think of anything bad to say! They have pushed my group to be better in the gym and outside of the gym. I was scared to start but now that I have I’m glad I did! My girls in my class are amazing and I love you all!!!!

This WOA location is awesome! I've been coming here for almost 2 years. Just recently, the staff has engaged a number of members to participate in a work out challenge. The challenge runs 6 weeks and we are segmented into different age groups. I happen to be in the "women of a particular age" group. However, this does not seem to matter at all. We women in that group are being challenged as if we were in our twenties. And we love that.The manager and trainers are so supportive of us and they give us all the encouragement we need. They totally believe in us - so that make us believe in ourselves (such an important aspect).I've loved every moment I've spent at this gym because they treat you with respect, inclusivity, and caring. It has been more like a family than a business organization. And I have every confidence that the women in my group are going to kill this challenge. The rest of the groups need to figure out a way to keep up! We got next!Deborah

Highly recommend the transformation challenge 2 week in and I’ve already lost 6 pounds. They really push you and the nutritional guidance is great!!! They don’t restrict you from anything. They teach you how to properly fuel your body!!!!!!

I’ve been working out here for over a year. It’s always very clean, and never too busy to the point where I can’t workout. Friendly staff that care about you. Low monthly rate.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. The gym is always extremely clean as to speak with Ethan. If you have any questions or concerns, he will help you out with the new ownership and management. There’s weekly changes done to the gym including paint equipment being swapped new signs, new product. The gyms is amazing. It’s also open 24 seven which is 10 times better than other gyms in the area, if you’re looking for a home gym, this is the place to be it really feels like a family

Great gym. excellent staff. Always very clean and organized. I recommend all my friends and family to register although not everyone’s ready to carry the boats. For those that are driven 10/10 gym

This is a great gym to come and workout. The place is clean and I like the flexibility they have of being open 24/7. The staff is super nice and the equipment is great. Definitely a great gym to come and workout!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! If i could give zero stars I would. These people only see you as a dollar sign and do not respect you or your time. That whole try for a $1 is a scam! I'm still battling with them to cancel my membership. So many empty promises made by managers who are there one day and relocated the next. I genuinely wanted to go to a gym to support myself mentally and physically but this was the absolute wrong place to do it. They just tore me down even more. Please, if you value yourself at all you'll find a different gym.

The previous staff/management was terrible! They said I was good go to go on canceling but then I had a late owe balance due? Moral of the story Ethan Ellis contacted me and helped address the issue. He is newer to the role and I suggest talking with him if you have any issues thanks again Ethan!-Kyle

My experience At Workout Anytime. First I must say upon entry the atmosphere is welcoming. Clean gym also restrooms.The best part it’s open 24 hours, therefore schedule should not be a problem. Thank you ?.

Love the gym, love the members, love the team. If you're looking for a new gym to start your fitness journey i highly recommend you at least stop by the gym just for a tour and I promise you won't be upset with the staff or the gym!!
