I generate & pay for labels online, then carrier picks up packages in my mailbox...they also pick up larger packages right at my back door! thanks Rockwell branch and the carriers for great service!”
“The best USPS we have been to. The nicest people work here. They are calm and definitely listen to what you have to say. We went for passport service and their attitude was just top notch. Even though we live in Charlotte and this location was way too far but it was totally worth it. Recommend anyone in Charlotte neighborhood looking for their passport done.”
