Jessica is always so nice and I love how she always knows me. This is refreshing since they no longer have a window for the drive through, so i always go in for the personable experience Hate that that was taken away. But Jessica makes it better.

I came into the branch for a Shared Branch transaction while I was traveling through town. I had never done that before and the staff was very helpful and quick. I can only hope it is that easy everywhere I go!

It’s very difficult to do banking business if you are only open to the public 1-4 daily. I’m very dissatisfied with the service and not having access to a person. I realize times are changing and online banking is the way of the future but for those of us that need operation hours to actually speak to a person I’m very disappointed in Allegacy. Changing Banks ASAP.

Started out great but the relationship is going down fast. Impolite staff, the notary proceeded to hold me up to read my entire document, all he should of been concerned with was the signature and my identity verification. I am making the move and taking my 5 figure balance with me. The lines at one drive through and how slow each transaction taking 20 minutes.

I've been banking here since they were the Ingesoll-Rand credit union, they've always been nice and did their jobs well, everyone knows ya on a first name basis kinda place.... But, I would just like to say, this new bunch they have out at the Mocksville location are an absolute nightmare to deal with.... I am very disappointed in the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I received there today..... of course they're not all terrible, just the fruitcake in the drive thru who blamed his actions on the branch manager which shouldn't have had any issues with my transaction. I have made countless similar transactions in the past with 0 issues, but instead, the inconvenience cost me at least a couple hours dealing with what SHOULD HAVE BEEN a 5 minute Transaction....

Teller refused to order a checkbook for me and gave me an attitude- told me to "go to Walmart", then lied and said he ordered me one. Still haven't received anything- had to go through corporate, and it was cheaper than the teller had told me. It was a waste of my time to even try to give this location some business.
