Made my payment at the Salisbury store and went to the bank and had proof... Went to T and still they tried to bully me... I took my service to Verizon... They were charging me $260 a month now paying $60... Don't go to T they are a bunch of crooks...

Jason took great care of us today! He provided great customer service when we needed to add two lines to our plan. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions with ease. Definitely ask for Jason if you are there.

I had a great experience with Kristal the Sales Consultant. I came in with a broken phone and she showed me all options I had as well as for the new phone I purchased. She was very professional, knowledgeable on the product and plans they offered. It was quick service and easy process which will make me return back there for any other needs. I highly recommend the Mocksville AT&T location.

I had a great experience while speaking with Kristal Rivera today, at the Mocksville store. She was very professional, upfront with anything I asked, because I had requested help with various issues such as; Streaming, a prepaid phone, pricing and last but not least a SIM card that I needed to have access to my IPad at all times. She was on point and never backing out, but very patient and courteous at all times. I wanted to add that I felt very confident with Kristal because she demonstrated knowledge of every topic without any hesitation. I recommend her 100%, to help all that comes into the store, just make sure to ask for her.

I can not brag on Kristal enough. I visited the Mocksville store today and she spent a significant amount of time helping me resolve a complicated billing issue. Her patience and courteousness were amazing. If it wasn’t for her I would still have my issue and likely looking to change service carriers. Great job!!!!

Wow. New customers but no longer than 4 weeks but can’t cancel our account fast enough… phones and cell service have been fine but we will be going to Verizon. Sorry AT&T but of the level of miss representation, poor communication, condescension and lack of respectful professionalism we experienced from Jason at this store was absolutely astonishing. 100% will not recommend this location which is sad because the other staff were much more respectful and helpful in our experience. Voiced our interaction to other professionals who knew exactly who we had worked with at this location…. Not the reputation any salesman wants.

Xavier and Arielle have been so patient and helpful with my whole phone changing service. There were alot of complications but they were so patient and nice. I appreciate all that they did. They even installed my screen protector as well! Great Service!
