The lady is no help! Couldn't get her from behind the desk to help find a phone case which was in no order! She just points and says check in the middle area. Worst customer service ever out of Boost Mobile!

Horrible customer service here. A week ago a bought a Samsung Galaxy A32 from boost and have not been able to receive text messages. I have been back and forth SEVERAL times on the phone with Boost and Samsung to fix the problem to no avail. I called a tech phone service center that Samsung finally suggested and they immediately said it is a faulty SIMS card and I should go to my provider Boost, have them put in a new SIMS card and it should be quick and easy. Well, the 'manager' so she says, (today on Saturday) who would NOT give me her name after being asked MANY times tells me that I have 'expanded' service and she is not able to do so. She continues to argue with me bobbing her head as I continue to state my case. A week is a long time to have a NEW phone and not be able to text. I finally have a possible solution and refused to be helped.I leave the Mocksville Boost and go to the Jonestown Rd. Boost in Winston-Salem. The manager there Ariel Adams (who TOLD me her name) was A+. I told her what I have been dealing with this week and what the phone tech said to do. She immediately went about putting in a new SIMS card with no problems or excuses and was as friendly as could be. Then my text messages FINALLY worked!Stay away from the Mocksville Boost!

I had your store replace my sim card due to Boost being bought out. I later noticed that I was unable to send pictures by text. I tried on 3 different attempts to go back to store and the door was locked. I tried calling the store and left a message and no return call. I drove to a neighboring store in Salisbury and the young lady tried to fix it but was unable. She called customer service and the customer service told her to give it 24-72 hours. So we will update after this time.

I just left this boost store at 6 55 pm on here it clearly says 8 pm an called before going an the lady said 8 pm just like it said when my wife went in to this poorly run shack the same lady said that there 10 mins from closing how can a place so poorly ran stay in business an also the lady had some of her friends in there just hanging out an made up a lie to to get her to leave the store
