The staff is well-trained and friendly, often greeting customers with a warm welcome. The store has a nice selection of products, including a seasonal area and toy aisle, making it a convenient option for quick purchases like milk, laundry detergent, or diapers. Customers particularly appreciate the exceptional service provided by employees like Catalina, who have gone the extra mile to assist shoppers. Overall, the Family Dollar in Mocksville is a well-liked and reliable option for the local community.
LOVE this place! A worker that I always see, Meranda, is always so welcoming and sweet! She fills the atmosphere with joy and laughter. Every time I come in, she is always working her butt off and is so helpful. If I could give 100 stars, I WOULD.
