I recently moved to Mocksville and needed some gaming stuff, so I went to Best Buy. I worked with and want to praise the young man who helped me, Kenny. Kenny went above and beyond when working with me. He was polite, professional, and very friendly. Very knowledgeable about the products in the store, was happy to answer my questions, and made the overall experience very positive. I did have to make a return trip (two actually) because the pre-owned Switch I bought was giving me problems...but, each time I went back, Kenny was working and he was extremely friendly every time. Honestly, working with him improved my day, because I was having a hard one. His professional and cheerful attitude changed mine! About the store...this has got to be the cleanest GS store I have ever seen. I even remarked to Kenny when I was there, that the GS store is the first that I have walked in that didn't smell like a locker room or was dirty. I was very impressed with how clean the store is, how organized and neat it is. In short, I look forward to coming to this Gamestop more often and I hope to work with Kenny...He seems to be dedicated to what he does...so, if you go in, ask for Kenny! :)

I've been this store several times in the last few months including on black Friday. The store manager was working by herself during a rush of people due to being short staffed and she handled it very well. She was nice, informative, and even cheerful towards all her customers. The store was neat and organized as well. I will continue coming back to this location for all my gaming needs.

I would rate lower if I could. This company as a whole is horrible now. The staff are good and try but you can't even go get a new game unless it was pre-ordered because the company can't afford to buy product. Unless you are wanting funko's just go next door to the Walmart, they at least sale new games

This place is terrible? Girl couldn't print my receipt so I told her I wanted a refund and she said she couldn't refund me without a receipt! Terrible customer service will probably not be going back there and may be posting about it on X so my 214,000 followers will know also

Store went downhill drastically ever since they switched store managers. They act like they are informed on games but know little to nothing about what they are selling. Pretty sure they came from the worst rated one around this area so it is no surprise. The store itself is pretty decent, the games on the shelves are pretty scattered and out of order and they don't seem to care to fix that. There is a new worker just about every time I go in, so I am not sure if that is because of the company itself or just the manager not being able to keep employees.

Anna and Jacob of Gamestop Mocksville MAKE that location TOPS! I had to initiate a return and NOT ONLY did they make it SEAMLESS, the ensured that the other products that we purchased were true to form for the existing equipment we own. THANK YOU ANNA AND JACOB of GameStop Mocksville!
