An employee was incredibly racist to an old hispanic worker in front of me and several other customers. Frankly it was appalling. Will never go back.

The man that runs this store is very rude. He talks to his employees like a dog. He treats the customers the same way. He was pushing a buggie full of stuff so I asked him about a pocketbook that was in the buggie. He literally put himself over the buggie telling me that I can't see it until he puts it on the pocketbook rack. I had no idea that was a rule at this store. The employees are very nice but this guy is SO RUDE!

Won't let you Inspect a tent that they have told me they didn't even check. I guess they are hiding something. This was at 6:45 pm with only 2 other customers in the store. I think I will save my money. Completely ridiculous you can't check something that's $40 and if it's broke you only get store credit back.
They completely lost my business.

Every new town I visit, I make a point to shop at the local goodwill...this location is easy to find, very clean and well-organized however I found the selection of retail to be below standards of other locations, many of the options were excessively worn, some had holes and stains, I was very disappointed in the selection...I was able to find a few pieces but only after combing thoroughly through the racks... there were no small appliances or electronics... overall I was disappointed in the shopping experience at this particular location...

My mother was at the goodwill to make a return, the manager and the cashier that was there were complaining about it and saying how she was waiting their time. My mother is non confrontational so didn’t say nothing back but was extremely embarrassed because they were having that conversation in front of customers not knowing that she understood every single word that came out of their mouth.

Just another Goodwill but this one is actually clean and organized I've been to other Goodwills where stuff is just all over the place

The people are always nice and kind. The store is clean and they don't put out items that are damaged or clothes that have stains on them. All of the people that I've met that work thete are very nice. I even commented to my sister that I think its the best GW I've ever been to.
