While some staff can be mediocre and more interested in chatting, other employees are amazing, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They are always ready to answer questions, find materials, and assist customers in getting the job done.

Went to get water softener salt and the employee was very helpful. They didn't have any in stock and he looked it up to see what lowes had it and even let me know when they would get it back in stock.
