Customer service is severely lacking at this point. Mr. Personality at the checkout didn't know how to scan an ID for a tobacco product (I'm 61 years old). I had an expired license but had a printed new license by the DMV. I was the only customer at checkout...yet he blew up at me simply because he didn't want to be bothered.
I'll skip this joint in all my travels...I would advise you do the same.

Dirty property, littered or dead landscaping, tire air NEVER works properly, concrete is disgusting, restrooms consistently nasty, advertised fuel prices misleading. Definitely not up to typical Shtandardz.

Who wants a dry chicken wrap with no sauce or dressing whatsoever? Not me. That's why I ordered it with honey mustard that I absolutely got none of. I'm sure it would have taste delicious if all ingredients selected had actually been included. But the key one was not. But thanks for the salt and pepper. 😂

Ordered sliders and hash browns, when I bit into the hash browns I found out that they were still frozen in the middle. I spit them out but I swallowed at least half of one of them. Currently worried about whether or not I'll have an upset stomach or some sort of food poisoning. My sliders also had the hash browns on them so I just threw them away. I went back in to get fresh hash browns, but I'd already pulled away by the time I discovered that my burgers also had hash browns on them.

Great location. Staff were super friendly, greeting us upon entry and and exit. The food was hot and tasty, and was ready for us quickly. The Tesla charging stations were ample and had slots available. There was also plenty of gas pumps as well. Restrooms were clean. Perfect stop when traveling.

I don't know what's been going on but this location in mocksville has gotten so bad I don't even wanna go here anymore. Half the time they don't even get my partners and I order right. Like tonight, we came by and they didn't even put the sauce I was suppose to get on it, missing half th toppings I paid extra for, and it was half warm and half frozen. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Few weeks ago, we got hot dogs and they gave us plan dogs no toppings we ordered and was very rude when we told them they had messed up our order. Both times we have either came in the evening or night time so seems like he late shift workers can't cook.

Super convenient convenience store. Mrs. K. and I are on a road trip and she said she wanted a drink so we stopped here. I was able to park the Sprinter van, pop in and browse. So many choices!
The store is clean, tidy and well stocked with all the snacks and drinks you can think of plus their made-to-order kitchen if you're looking to get some fresh hot food. The young lady who rang up my sale was polite and efficient, thanking me for stopping in today.

Loved Sheetz, have been a customer for years, always get my energy drinks here, forget about trying to order food via the mobile app and not waiting a ridiculous amount of time even after your food is supposed to be done. A heads up would of been nice regardless on being low-staffed or not, but the manager instead rolls her eyes and states after being asked about the status on my burger that i had 20 orders ahead of me after i was told where my food would be if it was done. Being some one that doesnt get made to order food often i didnt know there was a designated area for mobile app pick up. Food was supposed to be there at 5:26 pm, no one bothered to tell me until 5:50. More than 20 minutes past when it was supposed to be done and all i get is rolled eyes and talked to like im an 10.
