This is the kind of place I go to all the time, but every trip is so ordinary that I don't think to write a review. Need a propane refill? Check. Replace work gloves? Check. Battery and charger for Makita? Check.
The smartphone app is easy to use to order products for pickup or to let them know you're at the store and need a propane refill.
What got me to write this review, though, is not something ordinary but something extraordinary. For some reason, a large box that was supposed to go to my home in Mocksville was delivered to the Tractor Supply in Mocksville. A TSC employee searched and found my wife's phone number, called her, and got me reunited with my stuff. Nice work and greatly appreciated!

Horrible customer service from manager April trying to get a house sold by the foot she said she had to weight it.. ok cool but I have already had another worker over charge me $10 and when asked bout measuring it she told us leave

The whole team here is great. Everyone always seems like they are trying to do six things at once, no matter the time you stop by. Despite intense multitasking, they also try to provide the level of service and cameraderie you'd find at locally owned farm supply store. The "Neighbors Club" is awesome if you have their store card; I'm constantly getting coupons for $10 off!

This location is a great place to find some simple and beginner honey beekeeper equipment where not all tractor supplies have this option available. I enjoy the dog bathing sections, and the selections in the store.This is one of my favorite locations. The staff here is always friendly, and you can tell they care about helping and engaging the customers. This store has a great wide variety in selections, the store is cleaned and arranged nicely.

My son went there to pick up feed the other day. Told me how a manager forced a young lady to help him to his car to put the feed in there even after my son told her multiple times, he didn't want her to help. My son was actually feeling sorry for the girl who had to come out and help him it made him uncomfortable, and he said he felt very sorry for the young lady.

If I could give this tractor supply store in Mocksville, a negative star I would. My last visit really left a bad taste in my mouth. The assistant manager/store manager April and another employee, Jennifer or Janelle are probably some of the rudest people l've ever encountered in any store I've ever been in. I overheard them saying horrible things to another younger girl employee, and also witnessed them laughing and making fun of an elderly customer. I think it's time they invest in some new management .What a shame. I will never be back to that store again in Mocksville.

This TSC doesn’t hold a candle to the location in Clemmons. About a month ago the cashier messed up our transaction. She was clearly really frazzled and eating French fries behind the register while trying to figure out how to price match something. Our last encounter was when our neighborhood club account was no longer generating by phone number. The Mocksville store was NO help. I called the customer service phone number & got some fantastic help. They emailed me a coupon code so I could use my $50 rewards. I went to the Clemmons store because I was confident Mocksville wouldn’t be able to use the coupon code. I will be making the drive to any other TSC!

I would like to send a special thanks to 3 of your dedicated associates..... Janelle, Amber & April. These young ladies went the extra mile to assist with a kitten & mama cat issues. Their knowledge of what to try plus their time listening to the customers needs. I hope TS realizes the value-added that these Ladies give your store. There are other TS employees just as helpful when I visit your store......but these individuals were extraordinary, which you don't find in most other stores today.Again Ladies, you are to be commended for the job you enjoy doing.Thank you??
