Michelle is by far the most upbeat person you could ever meet. She always has a welcoming smile and kind words to every customer including myself. It’s truly a pleasure doing business with this post office, especially when you walk in and see Michelle working. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the ladies in here but Michelle is definitely on a different level. This is what a small town post office should feel like!

Stood in line for 10 minutes while this couple had 30+ envelopes to mail and had to verify address of each one. Mail person did even have the courtesy to say this will take awhile or acknowledge me waiting so long. Why only have 1 person working during lunch. I had to leave without mailing my package. Very unprofessional. No wonder the Mocksville USPS gets such poor reviews.

It's not a good thing when you see the post person going up the road and you know you are to get mail. They had to be on fire not to STOP.

Went to do my son's passport application. Kamina was super helpful and a delight to work with today. Would highly recommend using this office and working with these staff over some of the others (especially Winston Salem - Hanes Mall Office).

We applied for my daughter's passport renewal here (from Huntersville, no local appointments). Despite my (maybe) better judgement I let the lady at the passport desk talk me out of expediting it, and was starting to sweat it as we got 14 days away from our travel date. But we did get it in time, no expediting, and I guess when she told me "Nobody has ever missed their trip through us" that's still true. Thanks!
