Most pleasant Verizon experience I’ve ever had. I don’t think they are a corporate store so some things they couldn’t help me with, but they did add me a Netflix perk that saved me 4 dollars a month. Thanks guys

Two dudes smoking out front let us inside. They didn't offer any specials, or free perks and quoted outrageous service amounts so I walked to my car and got 2 free iPhones and Verizon Internet within minutes with a free Xbox series x and a $200 Amazon card. Please do something about this. I'm sure other people are walking out with a bad taste for Verizon

Went to check on pricing for portable Wi-Fi devices. Store hours says open until 7 on Saturdays. Doors were locked. Did not look like the lights were on. Looks like my business will be taken elsewhere

This has been going on since November. Husband went in to add my phone to his plan and upgrade my phone with a promotion they had at the time. Needless to say the discounts have still not been applied, they added 2 lines and we have been over charged for 6 months. In trying to finally fix the line situation they deleted my phone number and assigned my phone the number we were not using. My phone is my life line! I use it for work! We were told Friday they would have it fixed that day. At 2 pm my number had still not been assigned back to my phone. My husband called back, she said it would take 24 hours for it to be reassigned and start working, that would have been 2 pm Saturday. Here it is 72 hours later, he has called and we are being given the run around and saying it may take another 24 hours! It took VERIZON less than 5 minutes to delete it and they can't get it fixed any faster than this? We haven't even begun to work on all the over charges that need to be credited back to us! This could have all been avoided if the sales person had entered the discounts correctly from the beginning and transferred my number correctly!

Donnie and his team members were friendly, patient and extremely helpful. Transferring my number from AT&T --a terrible company to deal with -- was a lot of work for them, but they pulled out all the stops to make sure my new service was working properly and that I was fully satisfied. I highly recommend them at the Mocksville, NC store for great service with a smile. What a relief after dealing with the unhappy and incompetent service personnel at AT&T. Thanks guys!

Rebecca was excellent to work with! I went in-store to see what I possibly could get an iPhone 12 Pro Max for (I’d been eyeballing that phone for a while now and I became dissatisfied with my previous cellular provider) but we went ahead and ran an application for the 13 Pro Max. She was courteous, knowledgeable, kind and very professional, and with each customer who came in through the door, she greeted and asked how she could help them when she had an opportunity to do so. Turns out I got a surprisingly low down payment price and I was able to walk out the door with a beautiful Sahara Blue iPhone 13 Pro Max in a quick manner. She even helped set my phone up (except for putting in personal info such as emails). I’d definitely ask for her if you plan on upgrading or starting an account as a new customer.

As soon as I walked in I was made to feel welcome. Jason and Nick kept my sister and I entertained as I waited for my new phone to be set up. Jason was friendly and professional. Would recommend these gentlemen for all of your cell phone needs.
