Had to have prescriptions sent in multiple times on two occasions. Had to wait an hour extra day or more for meds for a sick child. Staff was short and rude, ignored us while standing at register. Go anywhere else for meds.

I know Walgreens is understaffed and it’s difficult to get your scripts as soon as you want it and unfortunately things do wrong; however I personally love WALGREENS AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. I am also very patient!!!

Staff are decent and most have been fairly pleasant, and I appreciate that, but there is a front end clerk that has a habit of holding cash up to the light, often the same piece of currency 2-3 times. It’s great that he is cautious, but there is such thing as an over abundance of caution. He needs to learn the 2 to 3 specific things To look for in a counterfeit bill and quickly do so and move on or order the guy a pen for counterfeit bills for heaven sake. For example, The hundred dollar bill I attempted to pay with several weeks ago, he proclaimed he had no change for And he hadn’t even checked and actually did after holding the bill to the light at least four times. In my experience in retail (I spent nine years as a customer service manager for Food Lion when I was younger) It’s going to be how it feels above all else because that is the hardest thing to fake. He had three people in line today And I watched him do the same thing to the guy checking out with his $20 bills that he paid for his items with and needless to say, once, I realized he was at checkout and the odds of the person in front of me using cash, I put my item back and left. It’s also somewhat insulting to the person giving him the money for him to make the production that he does over cash. Again, while his cautiousness I’m sure is a credit to the company and his commitment to ensuring that no counterfeit bills are taken on his shift, Is he really getting paid enough by the hour to study currency the way he does? Shoplifters get to walk out with their goods so I don’t see him losing his job if he did accidentally take a counterfeit bill🤷♀️ Counterfeit bills are extremely rare by the way. Rare in the way that children of the 80s realized quicksand was when they grew up.

I went to pick up my prescription...Since it is a controlled substance I couldn't get it filled eventhough it was time to get it.. The prescription I have was from a previous dr. years ago. My physician now sent it in...Walgreen couldn't fill it since I have a 2 day supply left...I am leaving to go out of state & the pharmacist on duty wouldn't transfer it...My trip is on hold awaiting a funeral I was to attend of my love one.

I simply needed an rx transferred. Alexis began the conversation arguing that your location was open when I arrived it was closed. Why argue over me telling you the situation. Didn't care that your location was closed. Then pharmacist had an attitude bc I complained. By far the worse personell working here! After all of the mistakes your location makes.... you should be shut down!!

It's the primary pharmacy in Mocksville. Service runs hot or cold. If you get the right person, you could not ask for a better experience if you get the wrong person, it can ruin your day.

Unfortunaly I have to give it a star to post this. Terrible and very offensive workers in the Pharmacy. 2 months in a row they messed my medications up. Worker named Lori was extremely unknowledgeable, unprofessional even said that she didnt care and was confrontational. Even went as far as threatening me by saying " I'll be out at my car soon". I really do not understand how or why this is allowed to happen in this store. This store needs a complete clean sweep of its employees especially "LORI" and replaced with better more knowledgeable professional employees.

Pharmacy dept is closed and may not open till next year, per clerk. This Walgreens used to be very good but has declined in recent months. Now no pharmaceutical service, period. A glorified quickie mart.
