+friendly-slow to fill acute needs-long wait times to get to register-hours not convenient for working people-chronic prescriptions never all ready at same time-inside WalMart with no drive through or dedicated entrance.

They never contact me when prescriptions are ready and I even got the alert set on messages and it doesn’t ever work.They normally have everything I or family need only one time they didn’t have a item in stockThe people working are so rude at customer service they never smile especially the Spanish young lady. I once wanted to say smile you’re beautiful it makes you more beautiful and she just shrugged off.

I have been using WM pharmacy for as long as I can remember and sure you have to wait sometimes but that’s to be expected at any pharmacy. I love all the lady’s at the pharmacy there awesome. Mrs Tammy and Mrs Julie have went above and beyond to help me with my medicine, I have one prescription that is over $700 a month and thanks to Mrs Julie who was on the phone with insurance co I now pay $00 for it. So try to be a little more understanding with them when you have to wait a little long there only human

Horrible experience. They make up new rules about filling a script early. I've done it 2 days early for 23 years... also I couldn't switch from Medicaid to cash. I've done that a dozen times. I won't be doing business here again.

My fiance had to get a refill on his prescription. I called it in Wednesday, it said it would be ready after 1 on Thursda . We go the next day and they say they can't refill it until the 21st (which is next Wednesday) or they get a fax from his doctor. Mind you he has 2 pills left. We leave town and come home Monday. I call Tuesday to see if his prescription is ready, they say it's been ready for 5 days. This is a horrible pharmacy and everyone is very unpleasant. Also they did not call or text (my fiance is signed up for it) to let us know it was ready.

I've been using Walmart Pharmacy for over 11 yrs their amazing. I had an on going problem with my insurance they got on the phone for 20 minutes and got it straightened out. I haven't had a problem since. My meds have always been there on time and they call and let you know
