This place is fantastic! If you're craving a personal cut of your favorite steak or have a desire for old-fashioned sausage—be it link or ground—Ray's Supermarket is the destination for you. Whether you're looking for any specific style of meat or just in a pinch and need to find that last item because Walmart is a bit too far, there’s a good chance you’ll discover it here. And as an added bonus, don’t forget to grab a box of ammo on your way out. I highly recommend this place; it’s certainly worth the short country drive off U.S. Highway 1.

Best lil country mart around! Kevin always has a little bit of everything in stock. From a plumbing part, to 9mm ammo to a fat juicy steak. You name it he probably has something there that u need!

What a great local market! I stopped in this time to try some of the fresh made sausage.
Yum.
The staff is always friendly, it reminds me of markets when I was younger, with a real butcher!
I keep going back because they have things you will never find in the big chain stores.
A gem in Moncure.

Some many people on Facebook talking about this place I had to check it out. Well worth the ride.Friendly folks that know what they are talking about. Get some Sausage and Kevin's cut steaks. You will not be disappointed.
