I have been dealing with this store in Monroe, NC(West Roosevelt Blvd)for about 3 years. Each time I need something they're very helpful and friendly. The staff answers any questions or concerns I have about any items that I purchase from them. The process to get approved is very easy and hassle free. The delivery technicians are always very friendly and thorough when they deliver and set-up the appliances. I will definitely continue to shop and purchase from this store ?

I had a great experience with Aaron's. Their customer service was top-notch, and the rental process was easy and hassle-free. The furniture I got from them was of excellent quality, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. I'll definitely be coming back for any future furniture needs. Amanda the manager was one of the most amazing individuals I have ever met.

I opened an account with Aaron's made my 1st payment of $5.00 made my 2nd payment of $21.?? And some change as well as my 3rd payment of $21.?? something. Mind you these are weekly payments now going on week 4 Aaron's has already attempted to get their money like 10+ times in 2- maybe 3 days (over kill). But here's the deal/issue: I got a Nintendo Switch OLED O.K. That I have not received yet, haven't seen it, touched it, played it. But Aaron's got their money and continues to try and rob me blind. Called their corporate office nothing, wouldn't get involved, or help??

I have never done Aarons before until recently when I needed a new bed and let me tell you they did not disappoint. My son was sick all last week, and I had no money to pay my payment until next week when I get paid again. I called to explain the situation today and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I really wish I would have gotten the ladies name again because she was so sweet and kind. But if you took a call today by the name of Tiffanie please show this to you boss!!!! You seriously made my day thank you!

I've brought my washer and dryer from the Monroe location in NC as I previously lived out there at one point. I'm now an hour away. For the past two months I have been speaking with Amanda the store manager and ask for the regional manager to call me as well reporting my situation to cooperate and nothing is being resolved. My merchandise is paid off as I'm paying monthly for the warranty Club program and I'm in need of a dryer liner that needs to be replaced. Due to me moving an hour away they will not Mail me it or return any of my calls. Just know if I didn't pay for the rental they would not hesitate to come retrieve my purchase so now that's it's paid off it's ohh we got her money and it doesn't matter she's paying on the club membership now I can't receive the item that's needed bye me. I need to know who else can I speak with to resolve my situation. Thanks

They work hard help u keep your rental . I had issues with everything going on with covid and work money phone .. They didn't harass my contacts . Actually seemed like they concernd . Rent a center I used in past , seemed more interested in taking the property then trying to help . Threw there help I got my washer paid off . I know wouldn't have happen back my home state rent a center . Not sure all Aron's the kind helpful . First one I've ever used but I'll always go here or recommend GREAT AWSOME PEOPLE at this store !!!

Returned phone call about account for spouse and male store manager called me a thief and told me that the money that I spent to buy the living room furniture was nothing. Didn’t want to discuss that spouse’s account at all. Told me that he only spoke professionally to those who was professional with him, yet, as soon as I called the store and stated who I was calling for and what the message was, he started calling me a thief and stated he wasn’t worried about a thief. Also told me to call corporate because they wouldn’t do anything to him, so, to call them when I wanted to. Continued to yell into the phone when I asked him what does me relaying a message or her account have to do with me and he continued to call me a thief.
