I have visited this store twice in the last 3 weeks to address issues on my account. Every team member is always very professional, attentive and kind. Today was no exception with Ciara L. WOW- What a wonderful experience and great group of young people at this location. 5 stars!!! ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?

Went to set up a business account. Received no paper work. A NC number when we live in SC. Will cancel the line and find a solution somewhere else. My husband 17 years in the business just said we will try to rectify on our own. Still no solution though starts with initial effort.

I used a machine at store to pay my phone bill it froze up with my debit card I paid cash for my bill the machine gave no read out of my payment being paid my credit card statement says bill was paid I didn't have to pay cash payment now AT&T don't won't to give me my cash I paid back to me I have spent hours at times their for help I get no help and runaround manager never there regularly i have had problems with service at this store for a while now and i am very unhappy the way they are handling my situation idont wont no credit i wont my cash thats all so if no response this time I wont to take to court cause there machine was the reason nobody wants to help me

I went in to this store the other day trying to upgrade my iPhone 8 completely cracked front and back. They tried to help. I wanted an iPhone 14 but apparently the network was having some issues and they weren’t going to be able to activate the e-sim when setting up a new phone. I’m visiting from NY and only had that day to upgrade. I left and went to the Indian trail AT&T store. At the Indian trail store they were very helpful and mentioned their system might not work but they could still try and worst thing would be is I would be out of service until it’s back up but I could easily activate my phone myself on WiFi when it’s back up and running. They even told me about the promotion on the iPhone 14 making my bill half the cost it would’ve been at this Monroe store that Monroe store failed to tell me the promotion. I was able to get my iPhone 14 that day for half the price Monroe was telling me. AND IT ACTIVATED JUST FINE AT THE INDIAN TRAIL STORE NO PROBLEMS THERE. I didn’t have to activate it on my own.

went to switch from verizon to at&t and upgrade my phone this evening! christian was super helpful and patient, he absolutely went above and beyond (plus he put up with me and my family cutting up with him the whole time, bless his heart). love my phone and loved the customer service even more! definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area looking to switch/upgrade their phones!
