These people are always so sweet every time I go Last trip I went and a young male helped me find the perfect gift for my mother, searched around the whole store to find what I was looking for! The customer service is always top tier. The only complaint would be that sometimes they are out of things but for retail, they are really good with their stock compared to other stores. ?❤️

Bath and body works in Monroe Crossing Mall has a very knowledgeable team. The store is clean and well stocked. My favorite place for body care and home fragrances.

They rarely have the good sale items in store...which makes it really inconvenient and more costly to have to order online and pay for shipping. The employees at the one in the mall are all kind and vert helpful

Went with my wife since their 3 wick candles are on sale ( $26.50 normally, but $10.00 off ). Plus I needed to get some more cologneWas surprised to find out that they no longer carry Clear Horizon men's cologne, nor body spray.So I went with The mineral and sea salt. Honestly, Iike the way it smells better than I did the Clear Horizon. Got to the counter to check out and the young lady told me they are on sale for $5.95So since they only had 6 left, I bought them all. lolAlso they had their singlewick candles @ Two for $22. So I grabbed two of their Black Cherry Merlot.Even went and got one for the vent in the car.

I love bath & body works, usually only order online but I felt like it’d be better to go in & get the gifts I needed in person. I went to the mall location (because I’d never been there)… I walk in, nobody greets me, instead, I notice I’m being followed as soon as I get in… and watched…. And the girl following me didn’t even have the decency to greet me or try to make it seem like she had any kind of customer service skills, literally just stared at me & continued following me throughout the store. It’s quite disappointing… I know I will not be shopping at the bbw Monroe mall location ANYMORE!
