When I arrived at the bank on Hayne Street there was no one waiting; two elderly ladies had just gone into another manager's office, but the branch manager saw me standing in the lobby waiting and closed her door (in my face)! I'm sitting here outside waiting to see if the little ladies will come out. I came out to process another way to open a business account. If I cannot do it online, I will choose another bank.

It is concerning to me of the mixed experience I have had at Truist downtown Monroe location. I understand and respect that an institution such as a bank has protocol and protective measures in place, for both the branch, its members, and outsiders. It is truly the employees who make a company. To the only two employees at this location that fully understand the value of customer care...Kerry and Teri, A BIG THANK YOU! This would be a stellar 5 Star Rating if it were these two running the place are both always a pleasure, greeting all of the customers with a smile andgoing above and beyond. Truist is lucky to have you both on the team.

This is long overdue, so I apologize for that. I had a wire transfer that I needed done. Because my work hours are somewhat fixed, I couldn't get into the bank until right before closing. I want to give HUGE props and a huge thank you to Marge McGuire. She stayed late and helped me with the wire transfer. She was VERY patient, professional, personable, and kind. It meant the world to me as a customer. And I appreciate her going above and beyond for me.

Had an issue with getting a deposit and I called and spoke to the branch manager. Peggy and Theresa were very helpful. I will be back to open a business account!

(Translated by Google) Very bad customer service. I came to open a checking account and when signing the papers Peggy Prince threw everything at me, the pen, the papers everything. It seems that they do one favor. I will go to another branch. I will not come back.

This is a horrible bank with the worst customer service (and they charge for calling customer service too!!!) Been trying to fix a problem they created for over 2 weeks and been in the limbo. After hours on the phone each time and multiple transfers they hang up on me or tell me to call the branch manger which is supposed to fix my issue. She calls me back claiming problem solved and 2 days later when I checked it was the same. Called her back and she has 0 knowledge of what's going on? Same today they all are giving me the run around and I know I will end up closing that HELOC simply for their customer service. I wish I have known that BB&T are that bad from the beginning...
