Terrible bank had issues with cash reserve and never was handled and denied. Fanny at Truist was wonderful however I will never bank again with them

If I could give them a lower rating I would. There is a reason why the rating is so low on Google. The customer service is awful here. I sat and waited for an hour just for someone to come out and tell me that they had to take an appointment. I understand being short staffed but the entire branch was very unfriendly, Not just to me but to other customers that came in as well.

Horrible service. Can't tell why I can't be added to my husband's account. Told me to call 1800 number who stated they can't either . So as a result my husband and I will both will change banks.

They never pick up the phone, and you have to be lucky if they ever call you back. The bank created a big mess which left my accounts down several thousand dollars. The manager would not help with the problem, I was told to take it up with the different departments. After about 4 weeks I'm still down thousands, and continue calling different departments, mostly getting the run around. Don't trust your money in this bank.

I’m actually just now getting myself back to normal! I would love to ask Truist security to check the video tape last Friday 10/7 when a male worker visibly was trying to threaten me physically and only if the Great Fanny Regalado saved the day! The male banker held me in office for over 15 minutes with never touching the computer but telling me that check in my account could not be accessed for 10 days! Without looking! Then looking at cameras at 10:25 am 10/7! Look at security cameras!! Thanks to the professionalism of Fanny her male employee counterpart did not hurt me!! Thank u Fanny and she handled my banking issue like a professional

I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. We arrived shortly after 9 to open an account. The branch manager said they could have no more than 4 people inside so we had to wait outside, and hitch was not an issue for us. However, for the 20 minutes or more we waited outside, at least 4 walked out. The manager came outside several times and took bank deposits for cars coming and going waiting in line while we remained standing outside!! The branch manager could use some training on how to manage if short staffed, or if customers need to wait outside, place a sign! How can you continue to take deposits for cars waiting in the drive thru when you have an empty lobby and customers waiting outside your door?!?! Never again at this particular BBT!!!

Poor customer service. Made me extremely angry and wasted my time. I did not have this much trouble at my old BB&T branch. Wish I never moved.
