Usually shop at Matthews location but they did not have enough of the Christmas decoration that I wanted. Decorations on sale 50 percent off. They suggested checking in Monroe location. Monroe also had 50 percent off signs but they were not ringing up that way so they did not honor it. I paid full price at $6.99 for 2 damaged items because I needed them. With that said, that was my last time shopping at the Monroe location

Love the values and sales on furniture and home decor. I just bought a house and found nice quality furnishings at great prices. They carry Ashley, Lane, Broyhill and others. Good customer care. Like ordering on line as well.

Jamie and Dylan were SUPER helpful. Long story short I ordered a couch online and within a few days they cancelled my order. I called the store and spoke to Jamie, who explained why it occurred but not to worry because he will put the couch on hold for me to pick up the weekend. He price matched the online price I paid and was overall very kind and had great customer service. Upon pick up, Dylan handled the payment and transport swiftly. He knew the situation and was on top of things. I was able to be in and out within 15 mins. 10/10 recommend this store!
