Went in and waited 20 mins to be told they won't sell me a phone without activating it for a fee when I was trying to buy it for my wife and she could activate it herself because she already has an account with them highly disappointed

Lesley, was a great worker. She was patient. She know her job. She explained the difference between the phones and let you decide on what you want. She didn't discourage you in no kind of way. You need more worker like her. Awesome worker.
