I took my car in to caliber collision for repairs. I received great service. We were kelp up to date on what was going on with my car and finish date. The overall work was wonderful. My car is like new. Then on top of the repairs they cleaned it inside out. I will definitely be a return customer with recommendations to my friends and family.

From initial contact until the completion of the repairs the customer service was extraordinary. My car looks better than it did when I got it. Service is amazing And once you become a customer, you really become part of the family. I love all of them who work there and I recommend them 1000%.

Please don't take your car here , A simple body fix ,they upcharge the estimate and the insurance company declare it a total loss claim , Enterprise, this company and state farm are working in kohoots with the salvage of good motor repair vehicles for resale profit, very dishonest companies both . I declined the car rental because I had another car to use.

They wouldnt help me fix a leak in my car AT ALL. I asked for replacement of two plastic pieces on the roof of the car and i would understand if it didnt fix the problem. They would not do it.

Caliber was wonderful to work with! Richard and Michelle were my primary contacts, and I had great communication with them! They got back to me almost immediately and were able to always give me an answer, or find out and get back to me! Very friendly and personable, as well as professional and knowledgeable.
