“They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle, and even helped me track down an additional problem because we weren't sure if it was related to the accident or not. It turned out to not be related to the accident. Actually, it stumped all of us for a bit (I somewhat know my way around car mechanics) and the problem didn't trace back to the impact area like we expected. It turns out that the issue is probably because my car was initially driven in an area that gets way more snow and therefore was subjected to be driven on salted roads. Everyone was very friendly, and I was kept very informed about the repair progress via regular text updates.”
“I rarely write a review but I just had to write this one due to such an awesome experience. The staff of Gerber Collision in Monroe are superior in customer service. Our daughters first vehicle needed some bonding work due to a design flaw within the vehicles make. Getting an appt was easy and fast. Actually getting the work done was also super fast. I can't say enough about such an awesome staff and experience. I hope to not have to have any collision work done in the future but if I do it will be with Gerber in Monroe.
