I went to Claires in Monroe recently to get my ears pierced, and it was fabulous! Mills was great, so sweet and talkative, and made it seem like it was nothing. It was a great experience and I recommend it.

I went into Claire’s today just to browse and the cashier millis was soooo GREAT! She had the best energy and a very positive attitude helped me out with the store deals, and just a really good Employee!

Alice did my 11 year old daughter’s piercing and she was so good with her! She was very empathetic with my daughter who was a little scared. We would definitely recommend to friends to get their ears pierced there!

Took my 3 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced and the 2 ladies that did them were sooo great! They were interactive with her, calming, and so friendly!! Couldn’t have asked for better service and my daughter didn’t cry at all! She smiled the whole time lol

We went on Friday 1/26/24 in the afternoon to get my 5 year old daughter's ears pierced.... Alice did an amazing job, she was super friendly and super patient and quick when she did the piercings. Hope she gets a special recognition because surely she is great at what she does.

Rachel in monroe was great. She pierced my granddaughters ears. She was so sweet and so nice to her. She explained everything to her and took her time. My granddaughter was so happy. Highly recommend her.

I was at Claire’s in Monroe today about 3:30 a young lady was working and so nice . As she was checking me out she got a text from her coworker saying she was going to be late. We laughed about it because she was like she is always late. So then we left and walked next door to target. About 45 mins later we came out of target and my daughter decided she wanted one more thing from Claire’s so we back over. As we were walking a different a lady jumped out of her car and ran to the door and locked it really fast. A note was on the door already because we didn’t see her put it on that’s how close we were to her when she closed and locked door in our face. We stood at door for about 10 mins while she just looked at us from inside.so rude. She was late then took a nice long break. Andddd this is the 2nd with the same girl we have had to wait on because she needs a break right after she gets here. Just really bad service. Wish I know someone to contact about her and what she is doing.

We were there today at 12.20 PM. The young lady did such a wonderful job.. our 3 year old looked so happy within seconds after piercing. Just loved the way the staff spoke to us. We are completely satisfied ?Thanks to her ?
