Randomly closes often hours before closing. No reason communicated to customers/community. Happens very frequently and very inconvenient for customers left wondering if it's closed for 15/20 mins or for the day.

Tonight I found a precious kitten,had my husband run in for a few of my first night with my new kitten! The cat loose in the car my husband came out to the car and said the rude young girl refused to sell him the cat supplies because he stole a drink! My husband always carries a coke on him a long with his cigarettes they looked back on camera and seen the coke in His back pocket! The rude girl even refused to sell me the cat supplies! Glad my little cat didn't escape for this rude young punks behavior! She didn't even apologize after the camera proved he didn't steal the coke! What a little pill! I will be contacting someone above this little brat because no one deserves to be treated like that!

This store has No organization and stuff is everywhere. I would love to say it’s a clean store but you really can’t tell because you can’t even see the floor in a majority if it . I don’t know if they are short staffed or it’s just overwhelming?The clerk speaks to you as though he is only speaking to you because he has to as part of his job. Not that he was rude or anything but his demeanor is the reason I say that .I am sure once they get fully staffed with some good , dedicated employees it will get better. ??♀️??♀️

This location (11992) is an absolute Gem! 5☆ ..You have a GREAT store location, a newly remodled store, GREAT products and AWESOME Employees and a AMAZING manager! This store runs smoothly day in an day out! Has everything you would need, without having to take a drive to town! Love love LOVE this store and ONLY this store!! Staff stared the entire time. No one was in store but myself from what I could tell. Maybe would have given more stars if I didn't feel like I wasn't wanted in the store. Will go back to reevaluate the situation with the creepy stares.
