I went to Echo Nail Spa based on their tenure and positive reviews. I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed in the quality of service that I received. I had a dip and pedicure done and within 24 hours of service the dip started to chip and now five days in, I've had 6 nails break. I've not EVER been so disappointed in a nail salon. To be fair I called to communicate my concerns and disppointment and the manager offered me a complimentary redo, but at this point it's not worth my time. New customers just be aware.

Was charged over $100 for an acrylic French set and pedicure……
The acrylic was not applied correctly and the paint job was sloppy.. uneven lines, hump on the nails , etc.
This was definitely not worth the money considering it took FIVE hours where I could have went somewhere else who would have done it faster and not as expensive.

Terrible customer service. Never have I been to a nail shop that refused me? Seems a bit racist!

I called and scheduled a mani/pedi for my daughter and a gel manicure and gel pedicure for myself.
Upon arrival the lady doing my daughter’s mani/pedi said she would paint her nails and toes while I got my manicure. I was set back a little because I booked a mani/pedi for her and expected she got to sit in a chair to get her pedicure like I would. The tech said no because she had another client coming so my tech volunteered to do hers too.
The tech doing her nails was great with her, they had her pick a polish off the wall but didn’t explain differences.
My tech finished my nails, they are ok, I would give them about a 3 rating, uneven shaped & a bit different than what I was thinking but they still look ok.
I picked out a color for my gel pedicure, I’m still newer to them and my child was getting restless so I didn’t really notice that she wasn’t doing the curing process/didn’t quite know it needed to happen. Meanwhile the lady that did my daughter’s nails was free again and did her toes. They truly were so nice with her.
When my tech was finished she asked if I wanted to sit or put my shoes on and I said go because my toddler was beginning to act up and I even made a comment about them being dry, because when I got gel previously they were dry upon completion, and the tech said oh no there not dry which took me back but I was already in my shoes. It was raining and I had a toddler they were messed up before we got to the car.
Later that evening 1 of my daughter’s nail polish just fell off, then another in the bath. Today, a day after, 2 more have fallen off like they were stickers.
I called the salon and they said they don’t guarantee kid polish because this happens and she told me I only booked a gel manicure not pedicure even though I know I specifically asked for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure.
I spent $20 for kids polish that didn’t even last. Her nail polish that we used at home a week ago lasted longer on her nails. After some research it seems as though they used gel polish on her nails but didn’t cure it instead of regular polish. which has me concerned they did the same on my toes.
When I called they didn’t seem concerned that I was unhappy with the quality of work we received & told me I didn’t book a gel pedicure when I know I specifically asked for a gel manicure and gel pedicure for myself and a mani/pedi for my daughter with polish.
We got our nails done for our vacation and they didn’t last til take off. $116 down the drain.

Sign stated the wax service I received was $12. She td me $20. I pointed to the sign and said it's $12. No, she tells me it's $22. I give you discount already. That's not what your sign says. That's old sign, she replies. I'll never return.

I’m honestly disappointed. I have been to this salon before and have had wonderful experiences, but this time was extremely different. Right off the bat the woman doing my nails did not seem the fondest of me, but I figured maybe she was having a rough day it’s whatever. She made multiple comments about who had done my nails prior to me coming in, saying that whoever did them did not apply the dip correctly because it shouldn’t come off my nails how it was. Whatever. We finally get started on the new dip powder and it’s going ok. When she was done, she did not put a gel top coat on, only a normal one. Within the same day, one of my nails had completely cracked. I left the nail salon, took a nap, and when I woke up my nail was cracked. I went back the next day to get it fixed, and immediately was told that “I must’ve done something” to make it crack. How is this possible when all I did was take a nap and when I woke up it’s completely cracked? I have been getting dip for about 3-4 years now, and i’ll just say this is the thinnest dip manicure I have ever seen. It looks as if there is just a layer of gel polish over it. I get dip because it lasts the longest for me and I have found it to be the most durable, however, this time was not the case. It’s been about a week and a half now and almost if not all of my nails are either cracked or chipped. I do not get tips, these are my natural nails so I expect the dip placed on top to last and to be durable. I have not done anything differently than I typically do, have not excessively hit my nails, anything to make them crack and chip like this. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way these nails have held up, especially since I paid quite a bit of money just to have to get them done again barely 2 weeks later. Dip typically lasts me 5-6 weeks, so this is very frustrating. Honestly, after the customer service and quality of my nails, I won’t be back. Save your money and your time. It’s not worth it.
**added update: i ended up having to cut my natural nails down because the dip was so flimsy and my nails kept breaking. the dip was so thin i could easily just peel it off of my nails, which has never happened to me before after going to numerous salons in different areas and different states. again, i am extremely frustrated and disappointed being that these are my natural nails which take weeks to grow out to the length they were at and now my nails look absolutely horrendous.

I had the worst manicure and pedicure, the nail tech was extremely rude and my SNS only lasted 2 days before chipping. I understand having a bad day and running behind but it would have been nice to know ahead of time, but do not take it out on your clients. We can't help you're having a bad day. It's also reflected in the service and behavior.. Like having to peel the skin out from under my nails after the appointment.

This was the worst nail experience. I’ve had in a very long time. they were running behind about 45 minutes which would’ve been very nice to know beforehand but the woman who was doing my nails was very mean and very rude blaming someone else for picking the wrong color being too iridescent. My sister-in-law and I had an appointment and she didn’t even get her nails done just a pedicure because we waited for so long. I asked for my nails to be cut short and the woman said are you serious you want them cut, I’m not even to that hand. By the end of the service, my nails were still sticking to the skin on my fingers.being pregnant this was the last time I would have my nails done for awhile, I was really hoping for a relaxing experience. Instead I left crying.
