Drove 20+ minutes there. Website said "walk-ins". Sign on the door says "no appointments necessary".Receptionist said they had no appointments available today. She gave me the name of another urgent care and said it was open. We drove over there and it was closed.I called FastMed back and told her it was closed and asked if they did not have anything available since their website shows "walk-ins" and their door says "no appointments necessary".She got firm and said, "we do not have any appointments today. You can make one for tomorrow.".NOTE: there was only one car in the entire parking lot and a lady and a girl in the lobby.

Like to give a shout out to Phyllis at the front for being patient and understanding. Double checking. Make sure everything was done correctly and Dr. Jennifer for helping me get through this and dealing with the outside doctor to get everything completed. Always had a good experience here. Keep up the good work

I needed a last minute physical for my child and not only did Phyllis set and adjusted my appointment time same day. She was also very helpful with the paper work given to me from the school. Thank you for your assistance definitely brought the sunshine to the end of a day.

Pretty good experience. Way too much paperwork for customers doing pre-employment drug screens that are paid for by the company requesting the screening. Based on prior experience, I prefer LabCorp.

They claim no appointment needed, but you go in and you have to make an appointment for hours later when there is only 1 person waiting. They do online appointments. Ok fine, I get it, they are busy with appointments made online. But as I’m standing there, she answered the phone and told someone that they could just come in, no appointment necessary….. what the heck. Either I’m being lied to or the person on the phone was. Will not ever try to use them ever again. The urgent care we wound up at was way faster and the staff was so much friendlier.

Big sign on the door that says "No Appointment Necessary" but we were turned away and asked to make an appointment. Used to be my go to place for minor injuries/sickness. No more.

I went in thinking I had covid, they did confirm I was positive. Gave me prescription for multiple things to help and recover from it quickly.

I love the care I received at Fast Med Urgent care. I was able to schedule an appointment right away and had excellent care. The entire staff was professional and helpful. The doctor I saw listened to my concerns, then asked me a lot of questions regarding my visit. She was able to treat me with medication and gave me follow up instructions. Definitely would recommend.

The facility takes appointments at 8 am but they are not able to open at 8 am because of staffing issues. This has happened at least twice in the last week. People go out of their way to get there and take off work to find out they cannot be seen and have to wait in their car until they open. When the physician did arrive, she was very nice and quick though.

Don’t expect to be able to walk in, call ahead of time to make sure and if not make an appointment! Be an adult and if things don’t go as planned, plan accordingly! I was able to get in and out within 15-30 minutes, with an appointment of course! Amazing staff no doubt!

I brought my brand new foster baby here for his state mandated physical post-placement. The receptionist had me in tears within minutes of walking in the door. She was extremely rude to our agency director when she called to try and help me get him in for his appointment and get paperwork established and continued to treat me like I didn’t belong here. Our agency will not use this location again and they have maintained a contract with fast med. I am so disappointed.

The staff was awesome. They made us feel like we were a priority and were very professional and kind. Impeccably clean and organized. We didn't have to wait long and were out of there in less than an hour. The nurse even called in the prescriptions before we left. Ten out of ten Definitely recommend!
