I came into the bank to get a document showing transactions within a CD I held here (not obtained online). The ladies had to call corporate for approval but I couldn't stay to actually get the doc. They called me the next day, had gotten exactly what I needed, and held it for me to pick up. I appreciate the follow up, and the ladies were sharp and knew exactly what I needed.

This location's ATM seems like it's always broken. Heve it fixed properly the other locations don't have this problem. Not only that it ate my card and my cash and froze. Couldn't get my card back till the next day or access to my cash. The bank itself and the people in it are no help with it at all. This branch is my far the worst I've dealt with. They have me the wrong number too dispute it at first as well. This branches ATM has been broken now then 10 times since I've joined this bank in August of this year.

I Bank at the Monroe,NC location. The people there are extremely nice & always very helpful. After 5+ years I've never paid 1 cent to bank here. Also I have never had any of my money stolen or missing at all. Great people and great service.

Fifththird bank corporate is sorry the bank is worthless ,I never had a bad check or anything in my error,but the reasons I am saying their worthless is they are always late on calculating your deposits it takes two days for them to process your deposits other banks bank of America most of the time same day processing wells Fargo same day but when you call 5/3 about your deposit their reason it's something else but not their fault and they could care less,my sonin law banks with them and had this account stolen three times,and it took for ever for them to return his money back to his account after proving that he was in Monroe nc when the charges were made in another state and they still wanted to argue over the issues all I got to say is don't bank with these bozos if you are taken your money out and run and never look back WARNING BEWARE STAY AWAY!!! Nothing but trouble!!!!!!!

I like this bank.. the only issue I have is they don't answer their phone. I've called today 6 xs and noone will answer But other than that I think their friendly and patient.. Very professional. I do wish y'all would answer when someone needs to talk directly to you bc your my bank.

Very unprofessional customer service, I didn't expect to get threatened and questioned at a bank by a manager for cashing coins that were not in excellent condition a simple "sir, it is our policy to accept only coins in excellent condition" would have sufficed, but I was threatened and told that the "Secret Service" was looking for me for previously cashing in coins like these.

Have been to this location 5 times, twice with an appointment. Instead of CS Reps and managers seeing what we need, they ASSUME its for an issue beyond their control and blow off the meetings with NO phone call or cancellation. No one takes the blame, but says the meeting was not scheduled, even though I scheduled one in person and one by phone. We show up, EVERY TIME, from a 40-min drive and no one's there for our scheduled meeting. BAD BUSINESS! Never dealt with a bank that makes this many mistakes...Feels like its ON PURPOSE.

I put some cash in the ATM (at Franklin St.) and it never went into my account, spoke with Stephanie and turns out they are very aware of the issue... Several people have had the same problem and they just got the part to fix it 2 weeks ago. They found that I was right, after an investigation, and put the money in my account.
All was well until they evidently changed their minds and took it back last week, causing an overdraft and specific bills not to be paid, not to mention... affecting my credit! Stop contacting me! You will not get anymore money from me! You previously already costed me $50, from 2 companies, when I put cash in on Fridays and it didn't post until Monday or Tuesday (if it ever does). I wasn't informed of this when opening my account!

This bank is the worst bank to work with. I had a business checking with them and if you ever have a negative balance they charge a 'daily' reversed fee of $8.95; which adds up if you are not aware of it. On top of that they have collection fees that can range of $18.00 a month on top of their $14.00 service fee. This bank is the worst bank to be associated with. I will never ever be their customer again. Ever!

I'm I the only one who gets treated like garbage when I go into this one branch??? 4th time I have been treated like a total outcast when I ask what's going on with my own money.... Everything is peaches and cream when you open up an account but any issues you are not important and they don't care!!
