My experience at this GameStop was terrible. The sales clerk was on his phone talking to someone the entire time and clearly placed me on the back burner to take care of his personal phone calls during work hours... The time he did spend attending to my needs, he was rude and spent most of it shaming me for not getting pertection plans on $15 used games. Like if you expect me to buy extra services from you, treat me like a real customer and earn my trust... Salesmanship 101.I will not be back to this location, but I do hope you get the time off you were complaining about not getting to your friend on the phone.

This store is so much better than the others Sarah the store manager has helped me resolve problems I have had and will go out of her way to help you and the staff is great as well don't go to poplin place this game stop is a real shopping experience.

Sara the manager is the best I go to her GameStop even though there is another one half the distance. But it all about the customer service and Sara is probably one of the best GameStop managers I've ever seen that actually cares about her store and she knows her stuff! See ya in a few days Sara I gotta get a new keyboard!

If you go to church, you need to stop. GameStop is where you should be tithing your money. This is where we worship. We don't have imaginary friends, we have virtual friends and that's different. Video games are way more important than religion.. More sensible too.
