Knowledgeable staff. Great tools for the average guy at great prices. Some "pro-sumer" grade tools as well. Make sure you keep a 20% off coupon handy. Glad to have this resource close by.
June 2024 update.... They are still consistently the best place to go to get everything that they sent. No one comes close! IRENE was very helpful today and helped us get a little surprise discount inside track club members. saved us three dollars but it meant way more! Can't go wrong.

I went in to get some lights because I received a 25% off coupon. I also grabbed a new fan for the shop that was on sale for $66 when I get to the counter I used the coupon and it automated to the item on sale and only dropped the fan to $62. I told the lady and she would not separate my purchase to allow me to use it on my light due to the fan being on sale. She finished the transaction and told me I wasn’t a member so I couldn’t get a free bucket so after 15 minutes of waiting she told me I was a member but told me I would have to buy something else to get my bucket. Never have been disappointed leaving this store.

Before coming to the store at Monroe 28110 NC, I checked online and the item was available but when I arrived the store, it was not on the shelf. The employee checked and system showed item unavailable. Right away, I checked online again the website indicate item is available! Other than this issue, many tools at Harbor Freight are cheaper than those at Amazon.
