I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Monroe. Five and beyond stars for the staff. They were very kind and accommodating even though we checked in late. Room was very clean with a very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent.

We have stayed here every year for the last few years. This year far surpassed previous. The room was super clean, the beds linens and pillows were freshly laundered, of great quality and extremely comfortable. The family got amazing rest, as the property was quiet and felt safe. Breakfast was great, staff super attentive.

Had to stay here due to construction on our place. I honestly didn't want to leave!!! The staff is very kind & welcoming!! Very Professional and we were treated like family! This place was so clean smelled amazing beds were so comfy to! Id recommend this place anytime! Will be back.

Very rude staff. NOT kid friendly. Was rudely scolded as my son, 10, served himself a biscuit at breakfast as I stood behind him. This is a day after an older woman yelled at multiple kids and physically pulled my daughter away from the counter for serving herself. The policy states that under 12 must be supervised by an adult. Policy…fine…the staff’s execution of this policy and rude treatment is not hospitable in the least. Will be following up with their ownership and the IHG group.

We stayed here for a wedding. The staff we spoke to were very attentive and accommodating. The breakfast was okay. Rooms were very clean, and the pool was warm!
