Just left the Monroe NC location. Hunter and Mark were so helpful. My husband needed new shoes and had a difficult fit. They were kind and made excellent suggestions. You don’t get that type of service often any more! Thanks for the excellent experience.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Hunter and Kayleigh while completing an online purchase and sorting out the details in-store. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely eager to help.

I am here to share a brave and heroic tale of my Lebo’s Monroe experience. A short time ago in a galaxy far, far away, my husband made a comment about a pair of Ariat’s that he loved.
*Warning this next sentence contains graphic detail of the condition of his old boots. Viewer discretion is advised* The boots on his feet were scuffed, the color had faded and….THEY HAD A HOLE IN THEM! THE ABSOLUTE HORROR! There was no resuscitating these boots. They were too far gone. It became apparent that I MUST do something. I couldn’t just sit there and do nothing!
That’s when my journey began: Operation Ariat. With it being a few days before Thanksgiving, I knew I would be up against some real challenges. The holidays have this terrible effect on people where they lose all of their senses and forget how to drive on Highway 74. Sadly, a cure has not been found yet. I defeated the traffic goblins and arrived at my destination - Lebo’s Monroe. The parking lot was full and I immediately knew this would be a treacherous battle.
I walked through the doors and was greeted by a very pleasant Kayleigh, who was at the register ringing customers up. It appeared I had reached the Command Center. I approached Kayleigh and asked her if she had any of these said Ariat’s in stock. I believe she was the Mission Commander. Right away, she knew exactly where I needed to go and led the way. She handed me a pair of size 12 Ariat’s. Upon opening the box, the shoes looked freaking massive. I’m not sure if the Yeti truly exists but if he does, he wears a size 12 Ariat. I started to doubt that the size my husband had given me was correct. I went on a quest to find a size 12 foot model. I began walking the store asking random men what size shoes they were. Some men gave me the information without hesitation while others seemed to be skeptical. No such luck. There was not a size 12 earthling in the store.
I walked back to the Command Center and asked Mission Commander Kayleigh if she knew of anyone who might be a size 12 in-house. She jumped straight into action and went to “the back” of the store. You know, that place in all stores that is behind a closed door and they call it “the back”, but you don’t really know what’s back there.
What was in “the back” of Lebo’s Monroe remains a mystery but what I do know is that there was a size 12 earthling named Hunter who appeared from the mysterious depths of “the back.” We led Hunter to the mission site where the size 12 Arita’s were sitting. Hunter put them on and THEY FIT! It was like watching a very burly, masculine, lumber jack version of Cinderella…Cinder-man-lla? Anyways, Hunter was extremely helpful. A real team player. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was not enthusiastic about showcasing a size 12 boot but he was the best foot model I could have ever dreamed of.
Myself, earthling Hunter and Mission Commander Kayleigh walked back to the checkout counter where they successfully rang me up and accepted my debit card as a token of payment. I thanked them for their heroism and unmatched customer service, and exited the building. Without Kayleigh and Hunter, my husband would still be wearing his lifeless old boots. MISSION COMPLETE!

I had the pleasure of having Kayleigh help me with picking out sneakers and sandals yesterday. I made an appointment with her and drove an hour to Monroe. I have plantar fasciitis and other foot issues; plus a very wide foot with high arches. Kayleigh is extremely knowledgeable-more so than a worthless doctor I saw recently. She was super patient, spent a ton of time with me. listened to my foot issues and even gave me an exercise sheet for my PF!
After trying on several pairs, settled on the pairs she recommended. I needed a bigger size Brooks shoe and I live close to the Pineville store. She told me that she could come to Pineville next week to help me and I was thrilled! Kayleigh helped me with my foot issues when the Running store could not. She is an asset to Lebo’s!!

This place is Great. My Mother. My Son and I all have hard to find sizes of shoes. And this place has Never Disappointed. The staff is Amazing. Always Friendly and Courteous. Will not shop any where else for our shoes. Thank you.

Nice western wear spot. Good variety of kids and adults clothing and feet wear. Wish they had ball cap stuff for children sizes. Other than that, nice spot to stop in and shop if that's what your looking for.
