Nikki at Lifeway was very helpful in successfully helping me with returning my StairLift, as it is no longer needed. The process was pretty simple and the Technician that came out to disassemble the Lift was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire time there.

After a long day and covering for a sick colleague, Albin finally came to our house to fix the faulty swivel on our stairlift chair. He found the problem and then showed me how to safely fix it should it recur. Both he and Jovan are super smart, competent and extremely patient and persistent repairmen. 5 stars for sure.
