July 2024 today I went in for lumber by my self I struggled for a bit and then two. Then employees came and helped me load everything onto the car and led me to the next thing on my list which was very helpful because I picked up the wrong wood twice and had to put it back. Another gentleman helped me find some nails and everyone was extremely nice. Even checkout they were very nice and helpful. My only thing today would be. I wish they had actual people checking you out in bigger area to get lumber out and besides just people who have a work membership. In 2023 I gave one star today I'm giving for cash. Good job Lowes for stepping up
*This was 2023 *Very disappointed tonight I have been going here and getting my paint for the past few weeks tonight they were out of a base to make my grey, And the lady told me to go to Indian Trail so of course I went to Indian Trail and the girl in India and Trail said that the girl in Monroe should have checked to make sure they had it in stock before she sent me. So the lady in Monroe made me waste my gas and time going to other places for something she could have looked at her scanner phone for to see if they had it I have two children under two and five all together right now and this is ridiculous she just could have took two minutes to look it up for me :(

I shop at Lowe’s all the time for my business but I definitely will not be coming back this location. I tried to buy some 4x4 post but the employees in lumber were so lazy they wouldn’t get down the good post for me. They were trying to force me to buy 4x4 post that had been sitting outside forever that looked like they were rotting out already. Honestly ridiculous so I’ll def be taking my business to other lowes in the area even though I live 5 minutes from this location.

I wish to bring to your attention an incident regarding my recent visit to the Lowe's store in Monroe. Upon attempting to return an item that did not match the product I had ordered, I encountered a significant challenge with the customer returns process. The associate managing the returns desk, Theresa, exhibited behavior that I found to be unprofessional and discourteous.
Despite Lowe's advocacy for respectful treatment of its associates, I regret to report a disparity in the application of these principles towards customers. This experience has left me dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided at your Monroe location.

I will no longer shop in this Lowes. I tried to support my local lowes store. If i can rate their service with 0 I would. Customer service is horrible and the manager Patricia was horrible to deal with on 6/21/24. I ordered a specific water heater online at reasonable price and it says it would be ready in 3 hours. I ordered that around 4pm comes around 8pm no update and nothing updated online. I called the service line. After speaking to a 4th person and giving them my order number. The 4th person asked for my order number I gave it and she said it'll be canceled and hung up without me asking any questions. I come to the store ask for a manager. Patricia comes out and says they canceled it because it was not in stock and nothing they can do not even request one from a different store. I asked to speak to someone higher she said she's the one to speak to. I asked her if there is anything she can do to request from another store she said No and that was it. It was a waste of a whole day I should've went to Home Depo or supply store nearby if I new earlier that it was not in stock and got a specific water heater that day. Thanks for wasting my day and 0 progress due to waiting for a water heater. I am usually pretty patient and can let things go but this reached my limit with Lowes because this was a 3rd situation.

It’s a shame when you go into the store and see no registers, only self check out registers. I have no issue if someone refers self check out. He’s my issue. It’s pure greed from Lowe’s. They make more money not having associates.

To all truck drivers please be aware not to park Lowe’s and Walmart parking lots because PCR Towing locks your tires and charges $3.000. Check their reviews all 1 star and all negative comments. STAY AWAY??????

*****Outstanding Customer Service by Michael Gordon*****
Today, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service from an employee named Michael Gordon. His knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent as he assisted me with a complex and unique project.
The challenge waswas to construct a travel storage container for a large projector screen, which initially seemed like a daunting task. However, Michael's s ingenious use of materials from the plumbing department, not only saved me time but remained within my budget.
As I left, I couldn't help but reflect on t Michael's assistance. His dedication to helping customers, coupled with his problem-solving abilities, turned a potentially stressful situation into a win .
Michael's commitment to excellence is a shining example of the kind of service that makes a lasting impression. I am truly grateful for his help.
