Stopped by today to purchase some stuff ended up giving the wrong item. The sales associate Wanda was very rude and didn't want to replace my item that I purchased. Sales associate has to be more respectful to their clients.

I love NAPA. Have since the 80's helping my dad with his cars. What I don't love is there is a sign on the front door posted 3 times that masks are required for entry. Well, I went there last evening for a online order pick up and had my mask on and NO ONE else did. I saw 2 employees. The female employee was courteous and helpful and if it was 2018, I might have made this my store due to how close it is to my house. Well I had to return the item today because I got the wrong part number (my fault alone). The same lady was there and remembered me and made the swap very easy. Problem is, this time there were about 4 employees that I saw and 2 other customers... Again today... NO ONE HAD A MASK ON. We are still in a pandemic!Price was right. The lady was friendly. The older men that worked there (2 of them) looked at me like I had 2 heads for wearing a mask. Eye contact was made and there was no greeting... I just got looked up and down. Maybe when the pandemic subsides I'll give them another shot (no pun intended).For you and all those you are around.... Care for others. Wear a mask.It's so simple to do. If you're thinking of others, it won't bother you so bad. That's why I wear my mask. That's why it's posted on the door.
