I took my 6-year-old son to buy snow and a woman told me that it was closed but she let an American woman in and my son closed the door and when the American woman came out she put the lock on the door and turned off the light Why was my son still waiting to see if they would let him go through the snow, how rude ?

During my visit to Neveria El Chavo ice cream parlor with my family, we unfortunately couldn't enjoy their ice cream due to a peanut allergy within our group. Despite not being able to taste their creations, I still want to give them a five-star review for their commendable practices and excellent service.One remarkable aspect of Neveria El Chavo is that they make their ice cream by hand. This dedication to crafting their own creations shows their commitment to quality and uniqueness. I appreciate the effort they put into their products, even though I couldn't personally experience them.The staff at Neveria El Chavo were friendly and attentive. I especially liked how the owner came out to ask about our decision to leave. This personal touch, along with their genuine interest in customer feedback, showcases their dedication to providing the best experience possible. Surveying customers about their experiences is a great business practice that demonstrates their commitment to continuous improvement.While I couldn't indulge in their ice cream due to the peanut allergy concerns, I would highly recommend Neveria El Chavo to those without peanut allergies. Their handmade ice cream and friendly service create a promising atmosphere for a delightful treat. Don't hesitate to give them a try if you have the opportunity.Overall, Neveria El Chavo's commitment to crafting their own ice cream, friendly service, and genuine interest in customer feedback deserve high praise, despite my inability to taste their offerings.

Love every single flavor, 100% homemade ice cream, but my favorite is the Mangonada. Good place for a date, or to treat the kids. It's open almost all year long. Also if you like El Chavo del 8 and grow watching it, you'll love the decorations inside
