Don was exceptionally prompt and professional in his helping my 90 yr old Dad with his laptop. He also patiently helped my Dad with keyboard technique to avoid mistyping password on log in. I HIGHLY recommend him!!

I took my phone into him. I was having problems with it. He got some of my accounts back and I was at the door in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this gentleman he is top-notch and very polite.
