I can't say enough about Zoey at the Banter kiosk in Monroe Mall!🎉🙌🏽 After a frustrating initial experience with a cartilage piercing last October, I called to complain and was lucky enough to get connected with Zoey. She was an absolute lifesaver.
Not only did she patiently explain the crucial importance of having the right earring size for health reasons, but she also went above and beyond by personally repiercing my ear herself. I scheduled with her for the next day, and she was fantastic—the new earring was the perfect fit, and I haven't had a single issue since.
I was so thrilled to see her again today when she pierced my teenager's ear. She was incredibly meticulous, walking us through the best earring options for what my child wanted. She even took the time to consider my teen's part-time job, making sure the new piercing wouldn't violate any policies (as Zoey is very familiar with the piercing policy of this particular employer).
Zoey's knowledge, professionalism, and expertise are truly outstanding. She consistently goes the extra mile to ensure her customers are not only happy but also safe. If you need a piercing, go see Zoey—you won't be disappointed!!

My experience is never less than 10/10 when shopping at the Monroe crossing location. The friendliness, professionalism, and patience that all staff members have is amazing! Zoey, store manager, and her team always ensures I am provided with the best service, and deals possible. I came in for a necklace replacement per my protection plan, which was unfortunately not in stock at this stores’ location initially. Zoey did not stop searching nearby locations until she found my necklace replacement, and ensured she called me personally to inform me that it arrived. Dillon was super sweet, professional, and knowledgeable when I called regarding checking on the status of my replacement. You cannot find customer service and the quality of products sold at many places. I highly recommend this store!
