This is by far the best bank I've ever had the privilege of being a part of. I started off cashing my work checks at the Locust NC location and eventually at the Monroe location. That's where Samantha convinced me to open a checking account with Pinnacle and I haven't looked back since. The hard working women at this branch have made going to the bank a pleasure instead of a burden. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and smiles. I just opened a personalized birthday card from the staff and it just reminded me of how awesome these guys are. I truly love this bank and wish all establishments were ran with as much pride, professionalism, and general happiness as this Monroe branch of PFP.
