I got a 5x5 Unit and its fairly its pretty nice and clean. Prices are subject to market fluctuations and you'll need insurance. You can call up the property manager during business hours and they are fairly helpful. I was also able to use my own lock!

Sarah helped me transfer to another RV storage space and in the process saved me monthly rent. I greatly appreciated her professionalism and focus on finding me a better space and rate. This is one of the few storage locations outside charlotte that has open air but covered storage.

I called yesterday regarding my bill it connected me to the location in rockingham I left a message for someone to return my call writhing 10 minutes a young lady by the name of Scarlett called me back and explained to me what happened and was able to get me a reduction I felt like a complete jerk because I did have a attitude with her at first but she handled everything with patience and not once got frustrated with me I would give her more stars if I could she definitely exceeded my expectations

My husband and I were trying to find someone to help us today. After several minutes, we ran into what we thought was someone else looking for help or maybe had a storage unit there. The woman was dressed in regular clothes and had a child with her. She didn't act or look as if she worked there. Before we could ask her anything, she and the little girl walked right past us into what we now know was the office. There was a man putting a lock on his storage unit and we asked him where we could find some help. He told us the woman with the little girl was working today and we could go inside and talk to her. I was incredulous. She looked and acted so unprofessionally towards us that we left. We went home and my husband found another company who rents storage buildings.
I sincerely hope you do better, Public Storage. And I hope no one ever asks me for my thoughts on your company.

Thank you, Sarah, for making our time at Public Storage a breeze!! She is amazing and hard working. She was out on the property making rounds today and she saw me moving out of our units- She handled everything right there for me, without me having to contact them to close my unit out!
