The pharmacy staff have repeatedly been friendly and efficient, always willing to go beyond what is expected. They will even give my fur baby a treat when we go through the drive up window.

Today I called this store I spoke with someone named Dillon I told him over the phone that I needed a Peace Lily for a Funeral he told me OG sure we have them. I said to him I’m in Wingate NC can you please double check for me and please check the price this Dillon tells me we have plenty and the price is $15.99 I said that’s a good price for a Live Plant. I drive from Wingate NC to this Publix to find out they didn’t have the plant I ask to speak with Dillon oh he’s on Break.. I told her to tell him he doesn’t know what a Peace Lily is and that I didn’t appreciate the Lies, I Love Publix but to have to deal with a Employee that doesn’t know their Job is very Sad. Dillon someone else would love the job you getting paid for which you don’t know how to Do🤬

We bought an ice cream and cake birthday cake for our daughter’s 28th birthday! Jessie loved the cake from Publix . The lady in the bakery wrote on it for us and it looked so pretty and professional. It made her birthday!!!

They used to give you the lower price automatically. Good RX vs Insurance. Lately they just run the higher-mine was twice as much and had I not asked they would not have run the lower Good RX price. I called the night before to ask and the man was very rude and and acted bothered to be doing his job.

Always a good experience, we have been using them for 2 years now. Prescription is usually filled within 24 hours when called in for the times we have had to get one in person it is usually ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Staff is always ready to answer any questions and make sure you understand everything about the prescription if it is something you have not had before. Highly recommend them,!
